AMD Ryzen™ 5 8600G With AMD Radeon 700M Graphics 6-Core Processor Description

The AMD Ryzen 5 8600G is a desktop processor with 6 cores, It is part of the Ryzen 5 lineup, 

using the Zen 4 (Phoenix) architecture with Socket AM5. Thanks to AMD Simultaneous Multithreading 

(SMT) the core-count is effectively doubled, to 12 threads. 

Ryzen 5 8600G has 16 MB of L3 cache and operates at 4.3 GHz by default, 

but can boost up to 5 GHz, depending on the workload. 

With a TDP of 65 W, the Ryzen 5 8600G consumes typical power levels for a modern PC. 

AMD's processor supports DDR5 memory with a dual-channel interface. 

The highest officially supported memory speed is 5200 MT/s, but with overclocking 

(and the right memory modules) you can go even higher. 

AMD is building the Ryzen 5 8600G on a 4 nm production process using 25,000 million transistors. 

The silicon die of the chip is not fabricated at AMD, but at the foundry of TSMC. 

You may freely adjust the unlocked multiplier on Ryzen 5 8600G, which simplifies 

overclocking greatly, as you can easily dial in any overclocking frequency.

Ryzen 5 8600G uses a PCI-Express Gen 4 connection. This processor 

features the Radeon 760M integrated graphics solution. Inside the box
